Payment is required at the time of service. We do not bill or do payment plans.
If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment twice, an exam fee pre-payment will be required at the time you book any future appointments. This fee is the cost of an exam and is completely refundable if you cancel within 15 minutes of your appointment time. This pre-payment will be credited to your final bill, so it is not an additional charge of any kind.

Because we understand that life is complicated, we accept payment from third parties, as well as the installment program, Care Credit.
